How fast is shipping?

Most orders are shipped next day and arrive within 3-5 days of placing your order. We currently use USPS to handle all shipments, you will receive a tracking link via email. You can also click here to track your order.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs vary depending on the total weight, destination, and preferred delivery speed. All orders over $50 qualify for Free Shipping.

What is your return policy?

The return policy for unopened products lasts 14 days after delivery. Products that are opened and have been used are not eligible for refunds. We try to make our products accessible for trial through our Taster Packs which is why we currently do not offer refunds. Are your products gluten-free?

Currently all of our products are gluten-free.

Where are your products made?

All of our products are manufactured in the United States. In addition, each product is produced in Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) compliant facilities.

Subscription Questions

Why should I subscribe for automatic shipments?

Since many of us have a consistent fitness routine, we figured it would make sense to offer a hassle-free subscription. You can save up to 5% on every order with our Subscribe & Save option available on all products.

Can I add or change the products in my Subscription?

Yes! Once logged in, select the Manage Subscriptions tab, then click Add Product. This will open a pop-up where you can search, view, and select additional products to add to your upcoming deliveries.

You may also choose the frequency and first shipment date. You can also select Swap and select the replacement product.

How do I freeze or cancel my active subscription?

In order to cancel your subscription, you will first need to log in to your account. Click the Manage Subscriptions tab, then next to each of the products you are subscribed too is a Cancel button. You would use this if you would like to no longer receive this subscription product, but we also offer a Skip or Freeze option.
