Directions & Usage

Take 1 scoop of pre-workout with 8-10 oz (240-295 mL) water 30 minutes before your workout. DO NOT exceed 2 scoops per day.

Each serving contains 200mg caffeine

Recommended Usage per Training Style:

  • 1 scoop 30 minutes before tradition gym workouts
  • ½ scoop 30 minutes before HIIT workouts
  • ½ scoop 30 minutes before CrossFit training
